EVENT RULES

1. Responsibility

  • The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • The organizer is not liable for any injury or death that may occur during the event.

2. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the event area.
  • Only plain water in personal tumbler bottles is permitted.

3. Order & Safety

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire event area.
  • Running and pushing are not allowed under any circumstances.

4. Media & Documentation

  • By entering the event premises, visitors consent to being photographed or recorded.
  • All documentation may be used or published by the organizer or media partners.

5. Gifts & Interaction

  • There is no guarantee that visitors will receive gifts or merchandise from the performers or exhibitors.
  • Please always follow instructions given by the event staff.

6. Re-entry Policy

  • Re-entry is allowed with the following conditions:

    • Wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be reused once removed.
    • No replacement will be provided for lost or damaged wristbands.
    • Wristbands must be securely fastened around the wrist before entering the exhibition area.

    Visitors will not be allowed entry if the wristband is not properly worn or is loosely attached.

7. Costume Policy

  • There are no restrictions on the type of costumes worn within the event area.
  • Costumes inspired by military, paramilitary, or law enforcement must have clear indicators that they are costumes, not real uniforms.
  • This policy also applies to costumes from anime, games, manga, and similar media.
  • Face coverings such as masks, helmets, or bandanas may be requested to be removed at any time by staff.
  • Large or bulky costumes must be worn with care to avoid causing harm or obstruction to others.
    • The organizers reserve the right to ask any participant to change their costume or leave the venue if the costume is deemed inappropriate, such as:
    • Exposing private body parts (genitals, buttocks, breasts).
    • Violating public decency standards.
    • Creating public discomfort (e.g. resembling a terrorist).
  • Sexually suggestive poses or actions that may cause public concern are strictly prohibited.

8. Weapons & Prop Policy

  • All prop weapons may be tagged for safety upon entry into the event.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the tagging process.
  • If bringing a prop weapon:
    • It must be carried in a concealed case, such as a rifle bag or cloth sheath.
    • It must only be removed after entering the event area.
  • Any projectile-based weapon must be made safe:
    • Bows & crossbows → strings must be removed or loosened.
    • Nerf guns → must be dismantled and/or batteries removed.
  • Metal replica blades or sharp weapons are not allowed, even if dulled (e.g. swords, daggers, shuriken).
  • All firearm replicas must have an orange tip to indicate they are not real weapons.
  • Random inspections of prop weapons may be conducted.
  • Verified props will be marked with daily color-coded cable ties.
  • Carrying weapons in an aggressive manner is prohibited, including:
    • Slung rifles over the shoulder.
    • Fingers placed on the trigger.
    • Holding weapons in attack-ready positions.
  • Always:
    • Keep fingers off the trigger.
    • Sheathe weapons when not in use.
    • Point them downward at all times.
    • Aggressive poses are only allowed during photo sessions.
  • Upon leaving the event area:
    • Store all props back in their cases or sheaths.
    • Do not carry visible weapons outside the venue, to prevent public alarm.
