FAIR USE
To ensure that Anime Art Market 2025 runs smoothly, safely, and joyfully for everyone, the following fair use guidelines apply:
Artwork & Merchandise
Only original works, self-made fanart, and self-produced merchandise are allowed to be sold in the Artist Alley and booths.
It is strictly prohibited to sell counterfeit goods, licensed official products without permission, or works that do not belong to you.
Cosplay & Open Mic
Cosplay is welcomed as long as it maintains decency and respects cultural and community values.
For open mic sessions, participants must present content that is appropriate, not offensive (including racial/religious issues), and suitable for the festival atmosphere.
Use of Event Materials
Participants may use the official logo/promotional materials provided by the organizer for the purpose of promoting their participation.
Editing or using the event logo for other commercial purposes outside Anime Art Market without approval from the organizer is strictly prohibited.
Photography, Video & Documentation
Visitors are free to take photos/videos for personal use and social media sharing, while respecting the privacy of cosplayers, artists, and other attendees.
Professional documentation (media, sponsorship, commercial purposes) must receive prior approval from the organizer.
Ethics & Content
Any content exhibited, sold, or performed must not contain pornography, extreme violence, discrimination, or anything illegal.
The organizer reserves the right to warn, remove, or stop any booth or performance that violates these rules.
Organizer’s Rights
The organizer reserves the right to use photo/video documentation of the event for official publication purposes without requiring additional consent from participants.
